6 Week Summer Weight Loss Challenge week 5 results 
 Congratulations to everyone who completed the 6 Week Summer Weight Loss Challenge.  At week 5 the top three body weight losers were:

1.  Rick White:  7.41%

2. Al Sandham:  5.10%

NEW Classes to the Group Exercise Schedule include:
PowerHouse:  A weight training barbell class set to motivating music that strengthens all your major muscle groups. This simple yet complete athletic workout conditions and defines muscle like nothing else can. For beginners through advanced.
Express-30:  Burn Hundreds of calories while building strength and stamina each short 30-minute session. Combines High-Intensity-Intervals with weight-training, plyometrics, and calisthenics.
Spinning:  Stationary bikes ridden in a group to a routine set to music. A fun, versatile class for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. A great cardio workout burning calories and fat based on the intensity chosen by each participant.

Aquatics News
Added components to our GREAT Aqua Aerobic classes:
10 - 11 am and 2 - 3pm: Is now called "Forever Young"  A more gentle aqua class. Exercise Movements in both the shallow and deep water that focus on cardiovascular health, flexibility, loosening joints and increasing muscle strength. 
 
11am - 12pm and 5:30 - 6:30pm: Is now called  "Aqua Power"  A high level aerobics class that includes intervals of strength training, aerobic dance, kick-boxing, and core conditioning in both the shallow and deep water.

New Spinning Studio
Would you like to lose weight, increase your energy level, build a stronger heart and lungs, improve your cholesterol and triglyceride levels, increase your bone density, or just sleep better?
Did you know that you could burn 500+ calories in a typical 45 minute indoor cycling class?
Cycling is a sport and an exercise that has the whole world going crazy over it, and what's great is it's for people of all ages and fitness levels. You don't need any special skills or coordination, just a little guidance from your instructor when you first get started on the proper fit that will make your workout more effective, and reduce any chance of injury.
What is indoor cycling?
It is group exercise in which an instructor leads students through routines set to music on specially designed stationary bikes. What's great about the stationary bikes is you are in control! You can turn the resistance up, or if you prefer a less strenuous workout you can turn it down.
So if you are ready to burn some fat and calories while having fun, expereince our spinning classes in our new Spinning Studio on Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 p.m., and Monday - Thursday at 9:00 a.m.
