Below is a list of the different Aerobic classes we offer.

The goal of our classes is to provide fun, challenging workouts taught by certified professionals in a safe and effective environment.  The following descriptions will help you select the classes that are right for you.

Beginner STEP: Learn the steps and terminology so you can advance to the next level.






BOSU/Core Conditioning: Intense core strengthening and stretching on the BOSU balance

trainer.






Cardiac Rehab: A program for patients with heart disease. Rehab members will have priority

on all equipment on M-W-F from 1:10-1:50 pm.







Cardio Boot Camp: 50 minutes of kick boxing and 10 minutes of conditioning exercises;

a versatile class for men and women, all ages and levels of fitness. High intensity, lowimpact

exercise.






Core Conditioning: Overall toning & stretching emphasizing the “core” muscles (abs, hips,

thighs and lower back).






Cycle & Sculpt: 40 minutes of indoor cycling and 20 minutes of strength training.

Fit For Life: One-half hour of strength training with hand held weights and one-half hour ball

work out or floor exercises incorporating Pilates movements.




Express-30:

Fitness Boot Camp: Combines circuit training, core conditioning and balance exercises with

intense cardio for an intense and fun workout. Appropriate for all level exercisers, no previous

experience required.






Iron Spin: Stationary bikes ridden in a group to a routine set to music. A fun, versatile class for

men and women of all ages and fitness levels. A great cardio workout burning calories and fat

based on the intensity chosen by each participant.





Intermediate STEP: Easy to learn STEP routines. A great cardio workout.

Karate: Japanese art of self-defense. The sensei (leader) is certified to instruct and promote

to the rank of 2nd degree black belt in Shotokan Karate.
Advanced Karate: Advanced participants are invited by the Sensei to this class.






Pilates: Targets the core to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.

Reach and Relax: Long, slow stretching exercises with breathing exercises combining Yoga

and Pilates moves.




STEP/Interval: 50 minutes of STEP and/or aerobics in 2-4 minute intervals with 1 minute

circuit workouts using weights, bands, and body bars.






Triple Threat: A kickboxing class that incorporates stretching and strength training.

20/20/20: 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of conditioning, 20 minutes of Yoga & Pilates.

Tai Chi: The ancient technique of gentle exercises to enhance. strengthen, and increase range

of movement and flexibility.




Yoga: Traditional Hatha style Yoga. All levels are welcome.

Zumba: Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a fun cardio program.
