The goal of our classes is to provide fun, challenging workouts taught by certified professionals in a safe and effective environment. The following descriptions will help you select the classes that are right for you.

Beginner STEP: Learn the steps and terminology so you can advance to the next level.
BOSU/Core Conditioning:Intense core strengthening and stretching on the BOSU balance
trainer.
Cardiac Rehab:A program for patients with heart disease. Rehab members will have priority
on all equipment on M-W-F from 1:10-1:50 pm.
Cardio Boot Camp:50 minutes of kick boxing and 10 minutes of conditioning exercises;
