THE WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE 
The Weight Loss Challenge is a group training program focusing on weight loss and managment.  The challenges are set up as 12-week or 8-week programs where you are guided through an exercise program by our experienced personal trainers.  You also recieve nutritional guidance by our dietician and through use of the Bodybugg Program.  
Upon joining the Weight Loss Challenge you meet our trainers.  You get to choose your training times and your trainer explains your individualized plan.  Your trainers will then prepare you to use the Bodybugg program and answer any questions you have.
The advantage of the Weight Loss Challenge is there are several time slots throughout each weekday that the groups are held.  When you join, you and the trainers decide which times you are assigned to; however, we know scheduling conflicts happen and you may need to change times--it's as easy as calling your trainer and letting them know when you want to come.  You never lose a session with the way we have the program set up.

I really like the variations of exercise and the encouragement I received each week.  All of the staff was very helpful and courteous.  I think the group exercise was very motivating and fun.  The other trainers were always willing to help out too, as well as the class teachers.
